R Perry Monastero, Principal

Perry Monastero is the Principal of RPM Consulting. As a young person, he was inspired by his college president and life-changing volunteer experiences to create his career mission around being a part of societal change through nonprofit work. After 25 years in the field, he left his last nonprofit job to successfully manage fundraising for a trusted colleague’s judicial campaign. During that time, five individuals enrolled him to help them to grow their groups. He took a leap of faith and launched RPM Consulting. It is enormously thrilling to partner with leaders to sustainably scale their nonprofits.

Today, he specializes in strengthening nonprofits by taking a market-smart approach when providing philanthropic strategies, organizational assessment, and strategic planning services for rapidly growing organizations. As a licensed and certified firm serving nonprofits nationwide, we are outstanding at research and evaluation. Plus, as a National Standards for Excellence practice, we tailor recommendations to leaders who want to bolster governance and fund campaign opportunities simultaneously. Our dedicated team has worked with small to global nonprofits and for-profit entities that have an impact investment vehicle for change.
