Cheshire Law Group brings together a thoughtful, seasoned, and intelligent team of legal professionals with outstanding experience in serving nonprofits and foundations. Although the team is small, they are one of the largest nonprofit legal practices about which I am familiar.

We have recently introduced Morgen Cheshire and her team to clients and our peers to address several questions including but not limited to start-up issues, examination of legal documentation, exploring various legal structures, and roles and responsibilities of alternate governance options.

Indeed the team is sophisticated and they take a comprehensive approach to their work, whether it is an urgent matter or one that requires planning and detailed analysis. In addition, the group is energized, enthusiastic, and ardent nonprofit champions.
