2nd Anniversary of Dedicated Team Member Teresa Ascher

Teresa DiPaolo-Ascher, or Tree as she is called by colleagues and friends, brings #experience and #talents in #fundraising, #operations, #socialmedia, #research, and more. 

Originally referred by Kelly Harris, a former #board #president from one of my previous work lives, Tree's positive qualities include incredible tenacity and perseverance, excellent customer service with our clients, intrinsic curiosity, an amiable and collaborative nature, and willingness to go the extra mile.

If there's a question that needs answering, she proactively searches for the solution and brings back multiple options. 

Her understanding of how #nonprofits work, how boards interact with one another and with staff, and the cyclical nature of #fundraising among multiple types of #revenue streams adds great value.

Although I can and want to go on further, in short, I deeply appreciate Tree and thank her for her service. 

I enthusiastically appreciate her presence for our #clients (and me!) over the past two years.
