Happy Hanukkah to my #colleagues, #clients, and #collaborators

I was reminded yesterday by USA TODAY why diversity and inclusion is an essential part of creating an environment where people feel they #belong.

Like most Jewish teachings, "[Hanukkah] underscores one of the most significant themes in Jewish history: the struggle to practice Judaism when powerful forces seek to extinguish it," writes Lauren Markoe of the Religion News Service.
