One of my favorite #work roles is also what I'm doing the most in December.

The act of #discovery, of identifying what is possible to generate with a #team today, in consideration of everything an entity has achieved from origination to present, is always exciting to me.

What can an organization be prepared to do?

• Launch new activities while dropping others.
• Use their own cultivated ingenuity to take on a fresh perspective.
• Employ their already well-honed creativity to respond to opportunities.
• Express willingness to adjust.

I am innately curious, and whether I am conducting an #environmentalscan, #fundraising audit, or #FiveForcesAnalysis, I'm happily ensconced in my basement office.

This combination of activities, coupled with other inquiries, helps to build a stronger foundation for an #organization to generate additional and sustainable resources.

I’ve noticed that these ingredients have a high level of correlation to greater success during this economic downturn.
