🔖 Two resources are embedded in this post.

🦅Historical aerial footage of the California Gold Rush never existed because we didn't have drones back then, however companies like OpenAI and SORA AI today have services to produce relatively high resolution video content from text.

❓Although AI #tech can help us to #fundraise, #steward, and #communicate with our #stakeholders, what might be the risks?

🗓 Before implementing, we might want to consider the public reaction to AI usage by #nonprofit #organizations

👩🏾‍🔬 Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) conducted a #scientific #survey of 6,000 individuals plus two focus groups and shared their findings about AI use in the #charity sector: https://lnkd.in/ezwgegeT

While the benefits outweigh the risks for most individuals, particularly the largest of #donors surveyed, we might want to take caution on our usage so as not to alienate those with whom we wish to engage and cultivate.
