30 Rockefeller Plaza in Midtown Manhattan was completed in 1933. The art deco treasures found both outside and within are spectacular. Embedded within the architecture, you can discover the celebration of capitalism juxtaposed with messages of humanity and spirituality, which reflected the Rockefeller family's collective sense of the world at the time. I can get a clear sense of what they valued from examining the building itself.
