A Market-Based Approach Focused on Long-Term Strategy

A colleague of mine said today that the role of #nonprofits can be to change the existing #market within which we find ourselves. 

"That way," she added, "we can potentially forever shift the #environment and truly solve problems. And put some of us who run #organizations entirely out of #business."

She and many others like her are quite ambitious and yet that’s what #leadership is often about, no?
