Comcast RISE Day at Wells Fargo Center

We took this selfie on Monday night (Sharif Pendleton and Justin Mendoza, LCSW, CAADC and I) were all smiles as we were with the Independence Business Alliance celebrating all the Comcast RISE award recipients. 

Comcast RISE is supporting the growth of small businesses and entrepreneurs committed to uplifting their local communities. 

The program is built to help businesses and their communities thrive with a focus on economic growth. 

This year, Comcast RISE has awarded 500 recipients in five cities with a grant package that includes business consultation services, educational resources, monetary grant, creative production, media schedule, and a technology makeover.

We're thrilled to see the strong representation of all Diverse Chambers as recipients this year. 

Thank you to Comcast for not only hosting this event and inviting us to be apart of it, but for being champions of diverse small business owners.
