Three Questions at a Nonprofit Holiday Party Got Us Thinking

Last night, I attended my first work-related #holiday gathering of the season at The Nonprofit Center at La Salle University with the wonderful, committed, and talented Center #team plus my fellow #consultants and #instructors.

Leader Kara Wentworth, PhD noted the hashtag#program had reached 42 years (you cannot see the yellow number balloons)! 

To the staff, you are excellent and may 2024 bring much more success to Roshawnda Washington, MSW, Lori Moffa, Robert Fennell, Siani Butler, Tabitha Minor, and everyone. 

====> I appreciated getting to see many colleagues including Christopher Barrett Politan, Rachel Dukeman, Ana Lisa Yoder, Ann O'Brien, Miranda Cohen, and more. 

We were challenged to answer 3 questions on a whiteboard (I am doing my best to recall the exact phrasing) and I cannot wait to see what comes of the assignment:

1. What successes did we bring to our #community this year?
2. How do we want to be present together in our own #teaching and consulting community together in 2024?
3. What do we wish to create for our community in 2024?
